UHY Saxena was established in 1992 in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as an audit and accountancy firm, under the name Mehra Saxena & Associates.

In October 1999, Urbach Hacker Young International Limited (UHY), a worldwide association of accounting and consulting firms, elected the firm as its member for the United Arab Emirates. Currently, UHY is represented in 76 countries with 242 offices worldwide.

Today the firm, besides its core expertise of Audit and Accounting, specialises in corporate formation in the UAE free zones, mainland companies and  offshore locations, in addition to providing a vast range of consulting services, both in the United Arab Emirates and globally.
